• We will send out your item in 24 hours except weekend & holiday after your payment is cleared.
• All of our items are shipped out brand new. If you have received the item in shipping damaged condition, please accept packages firstly, then contact our customer service via eBay immediately, we will reply each message via eBay in 24 hours except weekend & holiday.
• If the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.
• We will not accept returns with missing accessories or packaging.

Return

• Within 14 days from receipt of your item we accept defective item return. After 14 days, we will provide parts, repair service or replacement.

• Non faulty return must be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
