Up for auction a United States Navy (USN)
issue Navy Working Uniform parka in size small regular. Check out the pic of the tag on the parka liner for full sizing info. The parka is used but in excellent shape. I see no defects or
blemishes. No weird odors or writing inside the lining. Seam tape is all good. Zippers and closures are all functional. Even the velcro has no fuzz. If the clothing label wasn't crinkled and there weren't some scratches on the zippers, I'd think it was new. This does also come with the matching polartec black fleece liner. The liner is in good shape, but like all used fleece, it is showing some puff balls forming. The liner zips into the parka and attaches at tabs inside the sleeves.
The parka is made with a windproof, waterproof, breathable Goretex microporous membrane. It is marked with official Goretex trademarks. Basically, Goretex keeps liquid water out, but allows water vapor (like your evaporating perspiration) to exit the parka, keeping you nice and dry. There are pit zips to help regulate body temperature. It has a hood stowed in the collar. There are plenty of pockets for storage. Additional information for the parka can be found on these websites:

This parka has the same function as the Army's ECWCS (extreme cold weather clothing system) and USMC and Air Force APECS (all purpose environmental clothing system) parkas.
