Double page spread form the highly talented award winning artist Jock from the 2000ad story by John Wagner 'RAMPOTS' from 2000ad prog 1231.

Artwork is on heavy card and will be shipped flat, recorded delivery.

Artwork is on two separate boards that Jock taped together to make the spread. This is how Jock worked on the artwork... it has not been cut in half, art board was originally two separate pages.

Artwork shows multiple shots of Dredd as well as a cityscape of Mega City One with  Sky Surfers, Boing© activity, crown scene and a block war in progress... all in all a very busy and detailed spread.

Full artwork size measures approx. 45 cm x 60 cm.

This is from Jocks third strip for 2000ad so is from early in his astounding career.

Jock has went on to produce work for DC and Marvel (currently working on SAVAGE WOLVERINE on writing and art chores).

Jock also provided designs for BATMAN BEGINS as well as a number of other films including the incredible DREDD film starring Carl Urban.

Artwork has suffered some slight water damage.

Jock was using water based inks and I guess at some point water got onto it and smudged the artwork a bit (see pic for reference).

Breaks my heart to sell this as in my mind Jock is one of the finest artists working in comics today.
