Standard Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your bike you may send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange or refund the cost of the item. However, because shipping bikes can be very expensive, some restrictions do apply:

  1. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  2. Our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
  3. Bikes must be returned unopened and brand new.
  4. Any Bikes returned with worn tires and/or tool marks are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts then we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
