RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

MUST be returned within 7 CALENDER DAYS OF RECEIPT. We feel that this is ample time to try on the costume to ensure that it lives up to your expectations. Please note, items received back in our Warehouse after 7 days from the date of receipt WILL NOT be considered for a refund.

GOODS RETURN NUMBER: Before returning any item, you must first call us on 02920 869101 (Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 4.00pm & Friday 9.30am to 1.00pm) to obtain authorisation for returning the item, and a GOODS RETURNS NUMBER. The GRN must be included with the returned item; without this, we will not be able to process the return / exchange.
