Delivery Details..

UK Delivery

All items will be shipped out on the same day of purchase or the day after once payment has been received.

Items are shipped out by Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Please see postage details.

Royal Mail Tracked Delivery: 48 Hours.

Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery: Next Day (Please note that orders placed after 10am on the Friday will not be shipped out until Monday). (Cut off for next day delivery is 2:00pm).

Please note: If you are not in and a "While You Were Out Card" has been left by the courier, you have approx 14 days to collect the item from your local post office. If you do not collect this parcel within the time given the item will then be shipped back to us.

Worldwide Delivery

All items are shipped out by Royal Mail International signed for (Airmail).

Airmail 1st class International signed for: Approx 7-21 days.

Please note: If you are not in and a calling card has been left by the courier, you have approx 14 days to collect the item from your local postal office. If you do not collect this parcel within the time given the item will then be shipped back to us.

Choletto-Shoes are not responsible for any customs charges or additional costs when shipped worldwide.

Returns Information..

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know within 7 days. Proof of purchase is required. You will also need to send the item back within those 7 days.

Items must be returned as in the same condition as sent out. I.E tags still attached, original packaging, must not have been worn or misused & is in saleable condition. If not an exchange will not be given.

Also you will need to pay postage for the exchanged item.

Here at Choletto, we are happy to exchange for a new size, different colour or style.

We recommend that you send us back the goods recorded delivery as we are not responsible for any losses during the time in transit.

Refunds

If in any event you are not happy with your purchase you have 7 days of receiving the item to return it back to us for a full refund. You will also need to send the item back within those 7 days.

The item must be returned in the original packaging, tags attached & must not have been worn or misused or a refund will not be given.
