1962 BSA A10 "Super Rocket" 650cc survivor show bike. Customized in 1967 in San Diego, last registered in 1977... Chrome frame, purple metalflake Wassell peanut tank, purple metalflake Bates solo seat with sticker (and original leather cover underneath metalflake cover), custom "rocket" sissybar, original Smiths "Chronometric" gauges, Superior side stand, Bates mufflers, MCM fork covers, Lucas taillight, "MC" headlight on Bates bracket, and chrome, chrome, and more chrome... Photos make chrome look better than it is. Chrome on frame is pretty nice. Other pieces have wear and pitting as to be expected. Bike has a nice overall patina. Runs good. Engine and trans are in very good condition. No cracked fins or cases. Starts first or second kick. Ridable but needs a little work to be ridden daily. Leaks a little oil, needs a new front tire, etc. It's more of an art piece to me and I mainly use it for display. Comes with a CA pink slip, blue license plate, and original old show photos. Just came out in issue #53 of Dice magazine and was in the Japanese magazine "Roots". Was on display at Born Free 5 and the David Mann Chopperfest. Message me for more info at Kruzin62 at AOL
