Inquiries through email and messages will be responded to during our business hours excluding national holidays. Please be patient.

We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and Ultimate trend reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

For PAYPAL customers, we ship to confirmed address ONLY. (No exception)

Payment must be received within 3 days after close of auction. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

We accept all Major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discovery) payment for US order with US billing address. We ship to billing address only. If you like us to ship other than your billing address, we need you to contact your credit card company and add the new shipping address as alternate address.

California Residents must add CA sales tax, and liquid crystal displays (LCD) are subject to an Electronic Waste Recycling Fee.  The fee is additional to the unit price and CA sales tax, which will be charged separately via PayPal for all California shipments.  4 inches - 15 inches, $6 ..     15 inches - 35 inches, $8 

¶Shipping and Handling ¶

 

We use FedEx and USPS.Not UPS

Shipping For P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, HI, PR, AK, Virgin Island  will be ship by USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Please email us for shipping & handling cost.

Shipping surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is $30 for free shipping listings.

All shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

We are  in San Jose ,CA 95131 and do provide local pick up(Please contact us  to schedule pick-up time )

Products will be shipped out within 1 business days after we receive the payment. Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Tracking # will be email to you once your order is complete and ship out.

Please contact us after 3 business days if you did not received any order confirmation or tracking status confirmations.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. And also customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

 

 ¶Return Policy ¶

 

1. All sales are final, No refunds or credits. All items come with 90days (90 days from the original invoice date) replacement warranty.

 

2. Unless the product is defective (as reasonably determined by MemoryLabs) or the return is a direct result of our error, MemoryLabs may charge a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price paid. 

 

3. No returns will be accepted for defective products if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.

 

4. LCD Warranty, there must be a minimum of 7 dead pixels to classify an LCD display as defective and be eligible for return for exchange. Air Conditioners, Televisions and LCD Displays 24 inches and larger may only be returned direct to the manufacturer for defective replacements. We urge you to examine your product upon arrival to ensure appropriate condition, before signing for the package. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge.

 

5.Subject to the following requirements, Customer may return the Products within 7 days from the date of receipt of merchandise and the original shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances, Including DOA (defect on arrival) product

 

6. We will not accept any item that has physical damage. Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

  

¶Foctory Refurbished¶

 

Refurbished and Fully Tested by the Manufacturer. All refurbished items are SOLD AS-IS. Products are returned items from retailers or customers to the manufacturer for different reasons (defective, exchange, open box). The units are inspected by the manufacturer to ensure that they meet the same quality standards as new products, and include the complete original factory install (some manufacturers no longer include recovery discs or recovery partitions, but may make them available for sale). They operate as any other "new" product, although these units might have minor outside case blemishes or scratches. Factory Refurbished products come with original manufacturer warranties (unless noted), are fully tested by the manufacturer, and are in manufacturer boxes. If you receive a Factory Refurbished unit and it is defective, not working or missing a part, you should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair, or contact us to get a RMA# to return for repair or replacement with the exact same item only. Most of these refurbished items are in good working and cosmetic condition.

Many times, this is the reason that prevents our reply from reaching you. You may also need to email us via eBay contact member page because we may also have filtered your incoming emails.
