Perfect Pixel Policy
The manufacturer and the seller have tested the monitors for 100% in quality,
but it is possible to find 0~ 1 dead pixels per monitor.
We hope you understand that having up to 1 dead pixels cannot be the reason for return, refund or exchange.
Backlight Bleeding Policy
We perform strict quality tests. All of our monitors are tested before they are shipped out.
However, the item may have small backlight bleeding in rare cases by the nature of manufacturing process.
This does not cause any major problem for the users, but the backlight can be seen in dark places.
Please check as we do not reimburse for backlight bleeding caused by the manufacturing process.
Returns or replacements can be avoided by confirming with what is listed in this description.
