This sword is specially made according to ancient Japanese making method. Hand forged, hand abrasive. It is nice looking and worth to have at this price. It’s hard to find a better sword with this price as a gift, collection and for ordinary practice. Of Forge Details Blade:This kind of sword is hand forged, Absorb the both advantage high quality blade steel and folded into 1 sword. AISI 1060 High Carbon Steel are folded 10 times creating 1024 layers. the visible tenuous undulating grain on the blade was resulted from folded repeatedly during forging. The blade itself has been treated with black acid thus creating a cool black looking blade. The black acid does not affect the quality or functionality of the blade. This is a very good balanced sword which lies well in your hand.The polishing is done with Japanese sharpening stone.The blade comes full tang and very sharp. Tsuba: The Tsuba (guard) of the sword is made of alloy. The Habiki (blade collar) is of high quality copper. Two Seppas (spacer) secure the Tsuba. Tsuka: The Tsuka (handle) core is wooden and it is tightly wrapped over genuine Ray skin Samegawa with a Black synthetic cotton. The Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) are made of alloy. The Tang of the sword is secured by two Mekugi (peg). Two alloyed Menuki (ornament) are on each side of the Tsuka. Saya: This saya (sheath) of the sword is high quality hard wood,Blacked out matte paint. A Black cord Sage-O has been tied around the bright copper Kurigaga (knob) of the scabbard. the Koiguchi has been hardened.

NOTE:

A.The wooden sword stand in the picture is not included, if you need it, please contact me, we can give you it for free, but you just pay extra $15 for each one for shipping.

B.This sword can be taken apart fully anytime for maintenance purposes, you can disassemble the sword from the handle by taking out two pegs.

C.Please tell me the fittings number listed below after you place your order if you want to custom it with different fittings (tsuba, ito, sageo,saya). If you forget to tell us right after you place your order, please do this in 24 hours in avoid the sword has been sent out.

 - Area of $38 shipping for each sword:   Western Europe for following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K.

 - Shipping to middle Europe and East Europe is $48 for each sword : For example Bulgaria，Yugoslavia, Latvia, Slovak，Croatia, But we cannot ship the sword to any country on the world because of the customs policy, please contact us before you buy anything.

 - Cannot be shipped countries: Russia, Denmark，Mexico, Greece, Lithuanian，Turkey, Saudi Arabia，Malaysia.

 - Time to deliver : It’s about 2-3 working days from you order the item to it has been send out. The deliver time is about 7-15 days, which depends on the Custom clearance efficiency. So ,normally, it take about 10-20 days to get the item after you purchase it.  and we will use thick foam box to pack your swords, so please do not worry about long-distance transport.
