MG M Type Sports Special (Long Tail Midget) is a "one off"example of a long tail Midget, as it was built as a "special" by Mr. Clive Sherriff.

The car was purchase by my employer in 2004 in England and was shipped to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida were it currently resides.
My employer is selling the car to make room for other acquisitions.

Registered for the first time on 11/08/1930 with plate LJ2251 and Chassis number 1879.
Engine is 1098cc, number 1653

The car was driven in some VSCC events in Europe, winning the Mary Harris trophy in 1975.
Chassis number 1879 and engine number 1653 are original, as the registration plate LJ2251 that dates back to 1930.
The car is right hand drive with a three speed gearbox. The body is partly aluminum, marine wood frame and textile.
The car is registered in "The Triple M Register", Register number 1077, Chassis Number 2M1879 with a picture of the car running at Silverstone raceway in 1978.
