Configuration The Sony Xperia SP is powered by a fast operating 1.7 GHz Dual core Qualcomm MSM8960T Snapdragon processor and Adreno 320 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The processor is suitable for fast browsing and smooth multitasking. The device has 8GB ROM that is expandable up to 32GB via micro SD card. Camera The Xperia SP houses an 8MP rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and digital zoom. It records videos at 1080 pixels resolution. Product Details Since all handsets sold by NGT Mobiles are imported, you do not get manufacturer warranty. The item will not contain manufacturer seal but it will contain seller's (NGT Mobiles) own seal. Since the handsets sold by NGT Mobiles are imported, the firmware versions might be different from the Indian firmware versions. Therefore please do not try to update the OS version using Indian software available on internet ,as it would not be compatible to the handset and may give software or hardware issues, or the handset may even get DEAD. In such circumstances, product cannot be replaced or returned or refunded ,nor we take the assurance of providing services to you. Warranty This product is imported, has 6 months Seller / Dealer warranty only for software related issues, not for hardware. No warranty provided for accessories. You have to send to us back for any service / repair related issues. Hardware issues will be chargeable. All Phones will be checked before dispatch to avoid returns. We put our dealer company's logo with date on it ,inside the back panel of the handsets or either at the edge of the handset (incase of inbuilt battery) for identification purpose,and we request you to remove the logo once you are satisfied with the handset. When a buyer is sending the phone, he or she is supposed to pack the product properly before sending; any damage in the box or the phone, the seller won’t be responsible. Phones will not be taken back for replacement/ refund if used for a long time. Handsets used for more than a week will not be excepted back for replacement or refunds. DEAD PHONES or PHYSICALLY DAMAGED phones will not be excepted back and no replacement or refund for the same can be provided to the buyer. Returns No returns are accepted if you do not like the item or features of the item, so make sure there are all the features in the item which you need before placing the order. For any software related issues or repair , buyer have to send the item to our address. When a buyer is sending the phone, he or she is supposed to pack the product properly before sending, any damage in the box or the phone will not be accepted.If even a single scratch on phone will be there then the buyer will not get the refund/replacement. Phones used for more than a week will not be excepted back for replacement/refund, however the person will still get the 6 months services warranty as promised on software. If even a single scratch will be found on the handset the buyer gets no compensation. The phone neither can be replaced nor taken back for refund. Make sure you use it wisely and safely.
