The boat is a 31 year old boat, lightly used, clean and well cared for and stored indoors during the winter and several of the past summers.  The boat is no longer used due to debilitating illness of the First Mate.  All parts of the boat were rated serviceable in the 2002 survey and appear to remain little changed from that condition save some of the canvas which could be restitched  adjacent to some of the vinyl.  The antenna tip is snapped.  The boat is fitted with a bow pulpit, chain locker, nine cleats, radar arch, screens, cushions in good condition, abundant storage, a vac-u-flush toilet, three sinks, a stove, oven, refrigerator and sound system.

Maintained professionally since 2008 and both professionally and personally by the very competent previous owner.  Engines have been completely service each year prior to storage and in recommissioning.

Given the reasonableness of many marinas, this boat does make for a low cost cabin on the water when compared to of actually owning a cabin on the water.  Should the experience not be what you want, you simply move the boat or have it placed elsewhere the following year.  Combined with a dingy, shore furniture and a barbecue, you are set!
