Please note that your item will be delivered by Royal Mail or a 3rd party courier service and that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused in the delivery of your item, but we will be more than happy to assist you whenever we can when a delay occurs.
We have a 9am cut off time for new orders and on most items have a 1 day handling time. So if you ordered at 10am Monday, this would mean it would not leave us in the worst case until Wednesday for Thursday delivery if you have selected an express 24 hour service. This is the worst case scenario, we do try and handle all orders quicker. Contact us first if you need to ensure a quicker service can be used.
Royal Mail do not deem an item to be lost until 15 days have passed after the postage date.

About Us
MTF Enterprises LTD. C/O E-BikesDirect are an online cycle business occupying several warehouse in Bodiam , on the Kent /East Sussex Border. We have been trading since 2005 and have grown from strength to strength in this time. We currently have 4 members of staff, allowing us the manpower to cope with the level of business we do. And we only sell recognized brands with at least a 12 months parts warranty. We specialize in Electric bikes, Tricycles and other cycle related products. We also run a trade and fleet electric bike business. When buying from us you know your business is safe.
Payment
We prefer Paypal for ebay transactions. Paypal e-cheques takes 5 days at least to clear, so we will not dispatch the goods until it is clear. You can also pay by your credit and debit card over the telephone. We accept all cards except for American Express. We also except cheque or postal orders. However we will wait for the payment to clear. Bank transfers can be done, pleas contact us for the details.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch all goods within 1-2 days of payment. If we can we will dispatch the day of order. Items under 2kg we send second class royal mail, so please allow 1-5working days from dispatch for delivery. Please check listing for European postage price or call us. Items above 2kg in weight will go with a courier to you and will take approx 1-2 days from dispatch. Please contact us if this doesn't happen. We dispatch 100s of items a day and the odd one does go astray. For items over 2kg there are additional charges for Northern Ireland, The highlands, any non mainland area and Europe . please see the listings
Terms
We expect payment within 3 days of purchase. Unless arranged otherwise. We expect customers to be aware when signing for a delivery to check for damage first. We reserve the right to refund a person within 1 working day of purchase if there is a problem with the order.
Returns
We trade inline with the distance selling regulations. If there is a fault on arrival we will deal with this by replacing the faulty component at our costs. The same situation with damage, we will replace the damaged part. However we do ask customers to check product before signing for in good condition. As by signing as damaged we have all the necessary insurance to sort everything out. You have a 7 day period to return the goods if unwanted. Goods must be unused and in resalable condition. The buyer is liable for any postage costs incurred. Your statutory rights are unaffected
