What is the best method of payment? The main method of payment we accepted is PayPal. If you would like to pay via an alternative method (cheque, postal order or bank transfer) please contact us.
Do you ship to international countries? Our office is based in the UK, however we do ship to most international countries. For ease of transaction please make any orders through our UK site (ebay.co.uk) and follow the online payment process.
How do you calculate the postage cost? Delivery costs will depend on your location, the size/weight of your purchased goods and the delivery option chosen by you during the online payment process. Please note, international deliveries will cost substantially more than inland UK deliveries. We try our best to keep estimated delivery costs as close to the actual cost as possible, to ensure you get the best deal possible. If you feel the specified delivery cost is too high or want to suggest an alternative delivery method please contact us.
Can I collect an order from you in person? Our office is based in Birmingham. You are welcome to come to our office and collect your order. However, please notify us beforehand so we can arrange this.
Do you provide next day delivery? For UK deliveries we provide a Royal Mail Special Delivery option, normally at a cost of around £7, this will ensure your parcel arrives before 1pm the next day. Please note, your order must be placed before 3pm to ensure it is sent out on the same day. For international deliveries we are only able to provide an express delivery (1-3 days) on orders over £100, which will have additional costs incurred. This option cannot be chosen through the online payment process, therefore please contact us for details.
I haven’t received my parcel yet? Once your parcel leaves our office we have no control over the delivery time, eBay estimate a delivery time but normally couriers will take a little longer. For deliveries in UK please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. For international deliveries please allow up to 20 working days for your parcel to arrive. Also please check with your neighbours and local sorting office to see if they have it waiting for you. If the stated delivery period has passed please contact us and we will take action.
Can I cancel my order? We offer a 14 day cancellation period, beginning the day after the day on which you receive your item. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason please contact us first. Please return the goods in the same condition they were sent. You can open a return case in the eBay resolution centre to process this, referenced as “no longer need”. On safe return we will refund you the cost of the goods purchased.
My Item is damaged or faulty If upon delivery your item is damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to report this. We ask all customers to contact us first before opening a case in the resolution centre, you will find more often than not we are able to fix the problem by providing assistance, and hopefully not have to waste your time and money returning the item. If we cannot diagnose, we may ask you to return it to us. Please return the goods in the same condition they were sent. On safe return we will refund you the cost of the goods purchased.

International Deliveries For international deliveries the majority of our listings have an option for Royal Mail International Standard and Royal Mail International Signed. In cases were an order is deemed to be high risk due to price or location, the signed for option will be enforced for added security. Orders over 2kg in weight will be dispatched using an alternative courier service. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 20 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY. If your parcel has not arrived within that time frame please contact us so we can follow up on your order. Next Working Day Deliveries (UK Mainland Only) If you would like to receive your parcel the next day we offer a Royal Mail Special delivery service (excludes weekends) for a cost of around £7. To qualify for this we ask you place your order by 3pm so we have time to process it.
Cancellation You have the right to cancel an order within 14 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive your goods. If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us first through eBay before returning the item or raising a Return Case. We will refund you the full cost of the transaction (cost of goods and outgoing postage) provided the goods are returned to us in the condition they were sent. Damaged or Faulty Goods
