Shipping Information:

Warranty Information:
Warranty 90 days covers any manufacturing defect such as fuzzy image issue, vertical lines, or horizontal lines. We warranty our products against 3-5 dead pixels (in accordance with ISO 13406-2 norm). 

Return Information:
Customer must report within 7 business days if the item is DOA or has shipping damage. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges in all cases. For exchange due to the buyer ordering the wrong screen, the buyer must pay all shipping fees.
