We are Manufacturer/Exporters of Handicraft Wooden and Iron furniture and accessories from India.

4 Chair = 45x46x105 cms (17.71 x 18.11 x 41.33 H inches)

Production time :- 2-4 weeks (excluding transit time)

Few Important Terms listed below to avoid any confusion:-

a) All goods are made to order hence we will send ‘Time extension’ email tentatively within 24-48 hrs post purchase.

Before we start the production the buyer has to click on ‘accept’ button mentioned in that email for auto updation of the new ‘seller timelines’ by eBay software.

The eBay software generated ‘bydefault’ production timelines & 'transit timelines' are changed by all sellers depending on their production requirement and delivery time depending on the transit time required by road.

The quantity if we keep ‘zero’ than the listing do not get uploaded on eBay hence the quantity available section is kept in random numeric number other than ‘0’.Hence do not get confused with it.

Tentatively it will take 2-4 weeks in production and 10-18 days in transit by road.If you are OK with it than only go ahead for buying it otherwise kindly do not waste yours valuable time in refund process by declining the time extension.

b) The delivery will be only ground floor and ‘open package delivery’ is not provided by the road cargo.

c) Kindly also make sure that you check our terms related to ‘transit damage’ in our detailed ‘terms & condition’ section (link below) to avoid issues at the later stage. The delivery is done by third party cargo companies and we try to do as much as we can to avoid transit damages and if that happens we have our pre-declared policies to suit any genuine/reasonable buyer.

d) We do not do any customization via eBay other than ‘change in polish stain’. For any change in polish stain you can immediately send us message post purchase through eBay for the stain change requirement and kindly make sure that you get our acknowledgment for it by email as well. Otherwise those changes might not happen.

e) Few states require some taxes/paper work to be attached along with the goods which is buyers responsibility. For detailed understanding kindly check the ‘payment & shipping terms’ section.

f) Last but not the least kindly contact us before leaving any neutral/negative feedback for any issue. We try to solve it best in buyers favor if any issue is addressed to us.

In some areas where there is no direct offices of the cargo companies extra shipping will be charged.We will let you know the extra shipping cost if any so that you can make your mind for accepting or canceling the order.In RARE cases NO delivery can be done to a NON Cargo branch area if the Road cargo is unable to arrange the delivery further from their nearest city branch office.Hence it is always wise to contact us for confirming the delivery station for small district/towns or extreme areas with weak delivery channel.But even if the buyer do not contact us pre purchase we are always open for immediate refund if the delivery is not possible.

For example:- J&K except Jammu and North-East cities of India except Guwahati have weak or no delivery channel by Road cargo from our city so kindly cross check with us about the possibility of delivery before making the purchase to avoid refund process.

Please keep your delivery address and contact details updated before purchasing on ebay.Incorrect/incomplete address/contact no. if provided can delay the shipment and no blame should be given to us or cargo for this.

Also special timing delivery on saturday/sunday or late hour delivery cannot be managed by us as it is beyond our direct control.So please do not demand us for such time/day bounded delivieries.You can though directly arrange this with the cargo company on your own if that suits you.
