We do combine shipping when it is possible to ship items together and we are

charging 50% off  on S&H  for the second or more items.  

Please note that our S&H cost is not only shipping. It includes handling, packing (labor and material cost), posting ad labor cost, E-bay and PayPal commission, warehousing etc. US buyers should be aware that shipping rates itself from Canada are, unfortunately, much higher than USPS rates. Shipping time to US normally takes up to 12 BUSINESS days, (7 business days to Canada),  but sometimes can take longer due to unpredictable US customs security procedure  which is out of our control. We are always ready to communicate with you and be of any possible help until you receive your package. All our packages are fully insured, so you do not need to worry about package lost. Besides, we never lost a single package up to now. Make sure that you have correct address posted on PayPal when paying as that is the only valid address that we can ship your item to, in order both sides to be protected. We can not ship to any other address.

Please, do not bid or bid accordingly if you are not happy with S&H cost posted in the ad. Please do not bid if you intend to leave neutral or negative feedback for the reason of too high shipping costs that you previously accepted or if you are not happy with our pickup procedure which is clearly posted in advance.

Our pickup hours are 10-11 A.M. and 7-8:30 P.M., Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. We are located near Square One in Mississauga. Address and directions will be given when you win the item and inform us that you are willing to pick up the item locally. You need to mail us via E-bay mail only when you intend to come with in our pickup hours and to get confirmation from us.  Please do not bid if you intend to leave negative or neutral feedback for long shipping as we are not post office and can not be responsible for rare longer shipping time than usual. We can always prove that we shipped item from our warehouse next business day  or lately second business day after payment was received or cleared.    

FEEDBACK:

 We want POSITIVE feedback. We will always do what ever is reasonable to make every transaction a positive experience for both sides.  Please communicate with us for the best solution if needed.  In spite of the fact that most ( aprox. 85%) of our  ‘NOT TESTED’  or ‘PATIALY TESTED’  items works well (see our feedback and feedback comments), there is still 15% chance that you will buy not working or not properly working item. Please be aware that you are buying willingly on your own risk and bid accordingly to the risk that you are willing to accept on fair base and do not blame us later for your own possible mistakes. Please do not bid if you intend to leave neutral or negative feedback on untested or partially tested,  ‘as is’ items for the reason of not working or not working properly.  We apologize to great majority of our responsible customers, but because of small number of irresponsible buyers we have to insist so much on the ‘risk factor’ and to explain that negative feedback to the seller should be given if seller did something wrong, not for the reason if buyer is not happy with his own decision. 

WARRANTY-RETURNS:

As we stated before, we are not accepting returns and not giving warranty of any kind for ‘AS IS’, ‘NOT TESTED’ or ‘PARTIALY TESTED’ items. Please keep that in mind and bid accordingly. We will accept returns if item is described as in good working condition or new (not ‘like new’) and it is DOA or not as described. We will also accept returns if item is broken or damaged in shipping. In that case we need buyer’s cooperation to get insurance. All returns should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the item and to get return authorization from us. Please note that shipping charges will never be refunded on any returns and you must ship back item on at your expense, no exceptions, for any reason, which is standard E-bay practice.
