Pink Velvet Top hat , handmade and designed by Seller in the USA.

Design is inspired by the Romantic Victorian Equestrian Era.

This hat is made of a synthetic mix Pink Velvet and has a black lining .

Hat will fit 22.5"-23" head or equivalent to a hat size 7 1/4-7 3/8 . Please measure around your head, just above your ears for an accurate measurement. If you do not see your size, please ask.
Brim has a wire sewn into the edge so brim can be shaped to please. Hat brim is edged with a pink cotton bias binding to encase the wire.
Hat is not a traditional solid Top Hat but it is sturdy enough to hold its own shape and has a white extra heavyweight stiffener sewn in.

Hat has a pink Tulle/Net Veil tie which is approx 6 feet long and 15 inches wide, a 10" long Ostrich feather and a fabric pink flower as a trim. All trims are removable.

Width of hat brim is approx. 2.75" and hat is approx. 6" high.
