Judge was the competitor of Life and is similar in scope. It was started by artists who left Puck Magazine. It's pedigree is varied including Harold Ross who worked as an editor, but then left in 1925 to start a new magazine called The New Yorker . We purchased the archive of Life and Judge from the accountants years ago. These are unread and uncirculated. ads. Lots of other items. We also have these same issues with the accountants notations and label in the middle of the cover at $25 each.

We have most issues of Judge and Life in stock 1883-1938. We also carry Puck and New Yorker. Inquire about other issues...
