Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your item the same day (excludes weekends and bank holidays) if we receive your order by 14:00 along with cleared payment.

You should allow a minimum of 5 working days for economy delivery, before contacting us please.

If you need an item urgently select Special Delivery as your postage option for next working day (excludes Saturdays).

We are responsible for delivery of your item. If it does not arrive we will re send it to you, but you must let us know that you have not received it!

For security and administrative reasons we can only ship your item to your registered eBay/PayPal address, please do not request an alternative address after purchase.

Items are sent by courier or Royal Mail depending on weight and value. If sent by courier you will receive an email with your tracking number

UK Highlands and Islands may be surcharged for items which weigh over 2kg (and can not therefore be shipped for our standard rates by Royal Mail).

Returns

Returns are accepted on the following basis:

Unwanted Items

Can be returned to us within 14 days of your receiving them. They must be returned in the same condition and be returned in original packaging in which they were dispatched. All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns slip which you will find on the bottom of your invoice. You should ensure the safe return of your item by packing it carefully and where necessary insuring the item. We also recommend using a signed for means of delivery. Post and packing costs are non refundable.

Faulty, Misdescribed, or Items sent in Error

Should be returned to us and we will be responsible for the shipping costs, providing our instructions (found on your invoice) are followed. Only use special postal services if we have authorised this in writing otherwise we will only reimburse minimum charges. You must complete the returns form to ensure we can efficiently process your return.
