1963 Riley Elf

Built on the 27th of September 1963 and supplied to BMC dealer J.James limited of London, registered from new with the distinctive and now valuable number plate 463 KO.

Showing 65,000 mls which is believed genuine

Finished in the rare colour of Arianca Beige with pale ivory roof and cardinal red leather interior

Kept by the first owner mrs Earnestine Walters until 1978 when she gave up driving and passed it to her daughter Audrey Walters and only two other owners since.

Now in need of restoration, as you can see from the pictures its very original and will make a great project, the front floors will need replacement along with the sills, there are no holes but they are rusty and im sure they will go into holes once you start grinding back the rust, drivers a panel is rotten (new inner and outer one supplied)

We have had the engine running using a slave fuel supply, the engine runs fine

The rear valance looks ok and so does the rear subframe

The registration number is transferrable and is valued at £5k although it would be a shame to split them after all these years

Supplied with v5, heritage certificate, full dvla history print out and original handbook
