1. ITEM DESCRIPTION
This auction is for KERBEUS HEAVY SURVIVE Beyblade; a customizable spinning top toy, in clear version from B-15 Random** Booster*** Vol. 1 of Burst System**** generation produced by Takara Tomy released on August 11, 2015.
* KERBEUS HEAVY SURVIVE stands for 3 included parts; "KERBEUS" Defense Type Layer, one of the heaviest "HEAVY" Disk and "SURVIVE" Stamina Type Driver.
They come as parts and require assembly before use.
** One of 8 Beyblades is enclosed in the Random Booster that you're originally supposed to randomly draw at a store without knowing what's inside.
I opened a box just to see a sticker sheet with a name of the enclosed Beyblade through a clear plastic bag inside the box without opening it.
So this is no longer a random draw for you and it is confirmed that KERBEUS HEAVY SURVIVE is inside.
The original box still says Trident Heavy Claw on the outside as one of the possible Beyblade to be included in an unopened box to draw attention of buyers.
It might be confusing but Trident Heavy Claw is now confirmed NOT to be included.
*** Basic Beyblade products with Beyblade are usually called either STARTER or BOOSTER.
STARTER includes a Ripcord Launcher; tools to spin a Beyblade while a BOOSTER doesn't.
If this BOOSTER is your first and the only Beyblade you purchase you'll have no tools to spin it so do not forget to purchase a String Launcher such as B-16 for example or any other product that includes Ripcord Launcher such as STARTER product at least.
You'll also need a Bey Stadium; also called Arena, and at least one more set of Beyblade, Launcher; Ripcord or String, for opponent player to battle with you.
**** Burst System generation toy line started from 2015 in Japan is not compatible with any other previous generation Beyblades, Ripcord Launchers, String Launchers, Beyblade Customization parts and so forth.
Some accessories might work but I do not guarantee.
Each Beyblade part is sealed in an original black plastic bag which is meant to prevent buyers from cheating at stores before purchase.
The Disk is rolled by an original clear adhesive tape outside the black bag.
The Layer is sealed inside another clear blue plastic - aluminum bag inside the black bag which makes its NFC chip unreadable from the outside.
They're all attached firmly to an original internal corrugated cardboard box by original clear adhesive tapes so that they don't get hit by another during shipping.
In the box you'll also find an original sheet of "B-15 Random Booster Vol.1 Driver Emblem Sticker" including Claw x 3, Survive x 1, Fusion x 1, Accel x 2 and Defense x 1 with no bag on the outside.
This sticker is common for all 8 Beyblades.
Finally another sheet of Beyblade stickers exclusive for each Beyblade Layer is hidden between instruction manual and a notice for lottery and they're all sealed inside an original clear plastic bag.
I managed to slide the sticker sheet until it no longer overlaps with other contents so that I could read the name of the Beyblade without opening the clear bag.
All above contents is packed in an original outer cardboard box shown at the top of this page.
I had to gently cut three pieces of original clear adhesive tape on the side of of the box to open it and tell you what is inside but the box is now closed with similar kind of tapes so they look just as new.

Your item will be securely protected by single-layer bubble wrap firmly sealed by 7 pieces of 1/2 inch wide adhesive tapes.
Then it will be packed in a single-layer corrugated cardboard box sealed with 7 pieces of 2 inch wide adhesive tapes.
These tapes cover all 12 edges at least twice and all 8 corners at least three times making the box very difficult to destroy.
The specification of the packing is subject to change anytime without notice depending on the feedback from buyers and availability of the material.
4. POSTING
Your item will be posted within 3 days after your payment at nearby 24/7 "Larger Distribution Center" of Japan Post, only 4 miles away from my location, 1 of only 22 post offices in Tokyo's 23 wards that opens 24 hours, to minimize the delivery time, never at a "Standard Post Office" which average ebay seller in Japan uses everyday for convenience.
Please search Japan Post on Wikipedia for the difference between the 2 types of postal facilities.
To check the posting status please click on "MyeBay" at the top right of the page, then "Purchase history" on the left of the page under "Activity" tab and finally see if a box-shaped icon on the right of your item in "Orders" section is activated in black.
It can also be viewed in "Transaction Detail" of the item on the classic site of PayPal.
I mark the item as "shipped" on eBay and PayPal within 1 day after posting so you should see it within 4 days after your payment.
Otherwise a notification message of posting should be sent to your PayPal email address automatically by PayPal as soon as I mark your item as shipped so you can check your inbox for the message as well.
I will take photos of your packet at Japan Post service counter for my own shipping record regardless of your request for them or a tracking number.
I will provide them to you via eBay message UPON YOUR REQUEST for your peace of mind.
I consider them also as an important proof of posting especially when a tracking number is not requested.
This auction is for a buyer who respects them as a proof of shipping and is encouraged by them to wait patiently for the long delivery.

5. TRANSPORT INSIDE JAPAN
If your PayPal shipping address is outside Japan, your packet will then be transported directly to Tokyo International Post Office, only 12 miles away from the Larger Distribution Center, one of only 6 internatinal post offices in Japan which are combined with customs that all international packets must go through.
According to the tracking records it takes only 0.4 day average for your packet to arrive at Tokyo International Post Office after posted and another 1.4 days average to go through the customs and then to leave the office.
It will then be transported to either one of Japan's two primary airports, Narita, only 41 miles away or Haneda, only14 miles away both from Tokyo International Post Office.
Over 60% of internatinal flights in Japan depart from these airports and with these two combined Tokyo has the third busiest city airport system in the world, after London and New York.
I have the advantage of location for quick shipping over most of eBay sellers from countryside in Japan.
If you ask for shipping upgrade it will be even quicker.
Here is a comparison of tracking information for 2 EXPEDITED (EMS) packets; one posted in Tokyo by me and another posted in Osaka, the 2nd biggest city in Japan, by another seller, almost at the same time of the same day to the same address in Vancouver, Canada.
They were tracked at 10:00 AM on August 12, 2015, Japanese Standard Time.
A packet from Tokyo had already left from Canadian customs for the local post office in Vancouver on the day before the tracking, when a packet from Osaka didn't even arrive at the Canadian customs on the day of the tracking.
Presumably this is because there was no or fewer direct flight from Osaka to Vancouver so the packet had to either wait longer in Osaka or be redirected to Tokyo.
The price for EMS is same regardless of a city of posting as long as it is shipped from Japan.
It is up to you a seller from which city you choose.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If your Paypal shipping address is outside Japan, this item will be shipped internationally from Japan which will take much longer than domestic shipping that you may be more familiar with.

ECONOMY AIR SAL takes 11 to 23 "business days" for delivery + 3 "business days" for handling = total of 14 to 26 "business days" EXCLUDING Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
It means 20 to 38 "calendar days"; often over a month, INCLUDING Saturdays and Sundays and EXCLUDING public holiday if purchased on Saturday, Japanese Standard Time for example.

6-3. IN CASE OF LATE DELIVERY
This auction is for a buyer who agrees to follow the steps described below in case of late delivery.
6-3-1. RECONFIRMATION OF PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS
First please login to PayPal and confirm that your PayPal shipping address used for the transaction of the item of the late delivery is up-to-date.
This address may not be your current PayPal shipping address if you've changed it after your payment.
Any change made AFTER your PayPal payment is not reflected to your transaction of the item no matter how soon the change was made after your PayPal payment.

6-3-3. VISITING YOUR LOCAL POST
There are many undelivered mail due to your absence at your PayPal shipping address, especially during summer.

If you're not sure if you or someone on behalf of you will be able to receive your packet at your PayPal shipping address during the period, please upgrade to faster shipping method to bring the delivery forward or ask me to hold your item without shipping to postpone the delivery.
If someone has always been at home and you're still experiencing some delay, then your local post ( UPS Access Point in the US ) might've failed to leave a notice of delivery ( InfoNotice for UPS ) or it is so small that you might've thrown it away with other junk mails in your post box.
Your local post office have to hold your packet for at least 1 week after they receive it without shipping it back to me.
Please visit your local post office IN CHARGE OF DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS, not just any post office nearby, with your ID and photos of your packet in search of your packet once a week starting from a day after the end of your estimated delivery period that we have already concluded.
