Rare Metamec Teasmade - about sixty years old and still working!

Having made clocks for Teeboy and Pifco teasmades, Metamec launched their own teasmade, the model A850, in 1957. This was arranged like the Goblin Popular with a lamp, a kettle and a round clock. It sold for £9.17.6. This model was discontinued in December 1959.
This example is in very good condition for its age and is especially desirable as it features the original lampshade (albeit somewhat worn) which were often replaced. Note that this model does not come with a teapot.
Please treat this as a collectable - for display rather than daily use. My teasmades are not PAT tested and I cannot guarantee how long it will last!
