We have a UK based warehouse where we strive to get your orders despatched same or next working day. We try very hard to ensure all our customers are happy and respond to email and telephone enquiries quickly so you can buy with confidence. Our staff will endeavour to answer any questions you may have and are happy to help.

Payment

We currently only accept payment by PayPal.

Shipping

Goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment Items paid for on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched the following working day. 
Any order weighing over 2kg will be sent using Parcelforce 24 hour courier service.

All other orders are despatched using Royal Mail 48 and 24 hour standard services.

We only dispatch to the confirmed delivery address provided by ebay. Before paying, please ensure your ebay and PayPal address matches the address you would like us to ship to. We will not despatch to any address other than your ebay and PayPal registered address under any circumstances.

Royal Mail
Please allow a sensible time lapse before contacting us to enquire about non delivery. 
Goods sent by Royal Mail should normally arrive 2-5 days after payment. Before contacting us please get in touch with your local Post Office collections department, as the most common reason for non receipt is that they are holding the parcel as they were unable to deliver it.

Returns

Shopfusion Ltd. operate a 30 day money back refund on the purchase price of all goods providing that:

1. Goods are returned in perfect and unused condition, in their original packaging.
2. The purchaser ensures that the goods are securely and adequately packed to avoid damage.
3. The purchaser pays all return postage costs. We recommend that you return products by recorded delivery or by carrier that requires a signature.

Shopfusion Ltd., accepts no responsibility for goods returned to us that are not received unless signed proof of delivery can be provided. On safe return of the product the purchase price of the goods excluding any post and packing charges will be refunded.

If the item has been shipped to yourselves under our special 'free postage offer' promotion, the postage and packing costs incurred by Shopfusion will deducted from the purchase price. This means that goods originally sent by us via Royal Mail or Parcel Force will incur the following deduction from the initial price:

Large Letters (Size 353mm x 250mm - Maximum weight 750g): 90p
Small Parcel (Size 450mm x 350mm - Maximum weight 3kg): £2.75
All goods sent via Parcel Force: £6.50

When returning damaged or faulty goods, Shopfusion Ltd will reimburse postage and packing charges up to a maximum of £6.50. If on return we cannot find a fault with the product return postage fees (see above for rates) will have to be paid to us before we can return the item back to you. We will only hold product for a maximum of 14 days before we dispose of the goods.

Every care is taken in packing and handling your item but should your item arrive damaged then please contact us by sending us a message through the ebay message system within 24 hours of delivery as our couriers will not accept any claims outside this time under any circumstances any claims outside this time will not be accepted.

Unwanted items (only) must be returned within 7-days of accepted delivery in the exact condition in which they were despatched. Items returned showing signs of usage will be subject to scrutiny before any form of refund is initiated. Any unwanted item found not to be in good order as supplied will be returned to you at your cost. We reserve the right to only accept and process items returned packaged safely and securely. Proof of postage is required in all circumstances in relation to returned item disputes.
