Holidays in the Sun in a painting inspired by the homeless people camping out on Hastings beach during May 2017. Painted in acrylic on canvas and black lined in acrylic ink, it depicts the homelessness crisis in a naive and seemingly childlike manner on the surface that belies the seriousness of the subject matter, whilst addressing the problems of trying to get out of the situation without having a postal address.

All proceeds of this sale will be donated the charity.

As is usually the case the artist, Christopher Hoggins retains the intellectual property rights and copyright to the image worldwide.

Christopher Hoggins is an internationally selling artist and illustrator with work included in the collections of the Sir John Soanes Museum and the Lewis Carroll society. His paintings have also featured in the prestigious East Sussex Open at the Towner gallery, Eastbourne.
