Domestic Shipping
We use FedEx Ground for shipments within the United States. However, for smaller items we may use U.S. Mail.
Freight LTL Shipping
It is the buyers responsibility to arrange and schedule pick up of large, heavy, items that need palletized. I can assist with palletizing and provide weight and dimensions. We are a business address with forklift, zip code 92056. We do not have a dock for trucks. If you are local we offer local pick up option, email to arrange your pick but only after we have received cleared payment.
International Shipping
International buyers should contact me by email to receive an shipping quote. Please note that we do not accept returns nor do we pay for the return shipping.
We use FedEx International Priority to ship items outside of the United States. Cost varies according to location and the weight of the item. The cost to ship outside the country is usually higher than expected, so please ask us how much it would cost. You can send a shipping quote request to my email, but you will have to include your address in order for me to provide you with an accurate shipping quote. I normally provide the shipping quote the same day of your request, unless your request is made over the weekend. If that is the case then I will get back to you on Monday. If we ship outside the country please note that the buyer is responsible for the customs, duties, and import taxes on items shipped overseas. For international buyers please note that we do not accept returns nor do we pay for the return shipping.
