All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by using eBay seller form.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
Any product not purchased from VicoDirect.com
Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
Any product that exhibits physical damage
Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
Every product that you purchase from VicoDirect.com has a Return Policy that defines the time period and limitations for returning the product. Our Return Policies are updated occasionally, but rest assured that the listed policy at the time you purchase your product will apply even if that product’s policy is changed after you buy it.
Most RMAs are processed within 24-48 hours, but a small percentage cannot be resolved without contacting you for further information. If you receive an email from our RMA Inspections staff, it usually means your return was missing part of the product (such as accessories, the retail box, a battery, etc.) that we need in order to accept the RMA. The email will describe the issue and let you know what action you should take, if necessary.
Any return for a refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:
Carrier damage
Defective product
Product does not match advertising
Received incorrect product
Product was an extra item not ordered
Note: Any return that is misrepresented as being for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived. RMA processing time may vary depending on the product and reason for the return but generally processing time is 2-5 business days once the RMA is received and meet all following criteria:
Return with RMA number clearly identified in shipping label or on package.
Return with all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, packaging.
UPC code along with retail package.
No physical damage caused by customer or by carrier.
Item is NOT out of warranty when it is received.
WARRANTY
All VicoVation® product warranties apply to the Customer or Original Owner (the individual who purchased the product for their own use) also referred to as the End User; and are not transferable.
VicoVation® products are guaranteed to have the general warranty of 12 months on dash camera after purchase and 3 months on accessories (other than dash camera). The warranty is limited to the repair or comparable replacement of any merchandise proved defective in material or workmanship (except normal wear and tear).
VicoDirect.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement part within ten (10) working days after receipt of the RMA request. Actual delivery times may vary depending on Customer location.
VicoDirect.com reserves the right to refund the purchase price as its exclusive warranty remedy.
