You are looking at one of the rarest cars on the planet… an Ariel Atom 3RS. The 425 horsepower/365 lb.ft. RS model is the fastest Atom ever built in North America, and one of the fastest accelerating cars in the world. There have only been around 10 3RS models produced, and our clients who ordered them new waited more than one year for their cars to complete production.
The Atom 3RS is light years ahead of an Atom 3, or even the Atom 3S. The RS model features a unique engine package with forged pistons attached to h-beam connecting rods fastened with ARP rod bolts. Steel head studs work to effectively clamp the head with the help of a MLS gasket. A short runner air intake provides improved drivability while directing the flow from the Borg Warner turbo charger. A larger air:water intercooler provides increased cooling capacity for the intake charge while still ensuring the radiators are neatly tucked away within aerodynamic sidepods. An extensive tuning phase on a dyno, race-track, and the open roadways allowed for maximum gains from the new engine internals.
The changes do not stop there! Putting this added power to the road is done through a 6-speed transmission with ratios chosen for both acceleration and strength. A variable material clutch disc couples this to the Honda engine. Larger 5-lug wheels shod with Toyo R888R tires connect everything to the road while also adding to the beauty of the Atom RS. A 16x7 inch wheel on the front and a 17 x 9-inch wheel on the rear provide an aggressive stance that will not go unnoticed. Keeping these wheels connected to the ground comes with the help of custom designed double adjustable dampers.

This RS is a super high-spec build with full paint-to-sample McLaren Volcano yellow body panels, the carbon fiber aero package, race spec bell cranks and rod ends, and even has custom stencil painted Ariel logos with matching gunmetal accents. The car is a true one-of-one build and pictures do it no justice. It must be seen in person to fully appreciate!
