Most items are shipped via USPS First Class. We ship to all US states and territories and we also ship worldwide. We are not responsible for shipping delays on international orders due to customs of the country. Tracking services are not offered with international orders unless you wish to upgrade your shipping method to UPS or FedEx, to do this you must request the shipping upgrade before the transaction

is completed. If the item purchased has been damaged during shipping please notify us and we will send a replacement item out the following day.

When you use the Buy It Now method to purchase, we will require immediate payment via PayPal to complete the transaction. This is in place as a way to reduce unpaid for items. If this is an auction listing and immediate payment is not required, you have 72 hours from the time the listing has ended to pay for the item or contact us to make payment arrangements.

Most items sold will come with a 14 day return period policy, however items in the precious metal will have a no return policy. We do not except returns on precious metals because of day to day price fluctuation. If the item being sold is food, we will not accept returns if the packaging has been opened.
