New / Display - Shoes were tried in stores, floor samples, or displays. They might have minor creases, scuffs, or scratches. These shoes were never worn before and are very close to brand new condition.
Gently Used - Shoes may be returns or show minor signs of wear. These shoes are still in good condition.
