Payment must be completed within 7 days or item will be re-listed. If there is a problem with payment just email us and let us know, so we don't resell your item; or we will be forced to leave you a non-paid item mark on your account. BHE would prefer that you get your item that you bought!

We use USPS, FEDEX and Freight for oversized items. If you need a product in a faster manner than STANDARD shipping please contact us at 714 408 4293. We can offer Next Day Service by 2pm PST. The shipping table below is a general reference guide. The details that apply to your specific purchase will be listed during check out. NOTE: We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods or inclement weather conditions, and that delivery times frames will need to be extended for any processing time frames in excess of 1-3 business days. We cannot ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery. We cannot select which shipping company will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community that does not accept deliveries from any specific shipping company.

ALL RETURNS, DEFECTIVE OR NOT MUST BE REPORTED via email or phone WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM, NO EXCEPTIONS. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty and is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty repair, it must be returned to the vendor/mfg or BHE with an RMA Return Number to be processed correctly. Please contact BHE prior to returning any items. **ALL** RETURNS REQUIRE **ALL** ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL, CONTENTS AND MANUALS TO BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT OR REFUND.
