This is a vintage 1960s Mail Order Mod Tent Dress pattern.

Pattern 4721 has been cut and is complete. There is no envelope with this pattern.

Size 12 1/2 which will fit a 35" bust, a 28" waist and a 37" hip.

Each pattern will be enclosed in a clean plastic bag to protect from wetness. ***If you want a cardboard backing to protect your pattern please email me using "ask seller a question" BEFORE you pay your invoice so that I can adjust the shipping amount. The cardboard adds about 30 cents to the shipping fee.

I do combine shipping and will do my best to save you money on shipping fees. I make every attempt to ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment and don't usually go 48 hours without going to the post office *except on weekends* but sometimes I can't get to the post office and will let you know if there will be a delay in shipping your purchase. Please keep in mind that although I do ship daily I have no control over how long it takes your post office to deliver your item.

Refunds are given only on items that may have been mistakenly misrepresented. If you feel that the item you receive is not as listed please email within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Failure to do so will result in a loss of the possibility of receiving a refund. All items must be returned in the exact condition as they were in when I mailed them and must be received within 7 days of receiving approval to return the item.
