Box or any military address.   We DO NOT ship this item to Alaska, Hawaii, and Porto Rico.   We DO NOT ship this items internationally.   We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only so the S&H fee listed is for the item shipped to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not charge S&H fee for will call orders. If you need the order shipped to you, the S&H fee has to be applied. Please contact us for the S&H fee before purchase.   The S&H fee is not refundable.   For returning the item with the free shipping offer, the original S&H fee is not refundable and has to be deducted from the balance.   Local pickup is available for this item but the sales tax has to be applied.   We only ship to a confirmed (billing) address which has to be shown in PayPal's transaction if you pay us through PayPal by using a credit card. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please feel free to contact us. We will be glad to help you.    If the box has been damaged when the package is delivered, the recipient must have the freight carrier note the damage in records.   Any damaged or missing parts found AFTER the courier leaves must be reported to our RMA Dept. immediately within 72 hours.   Buyer must provide the photos of the the damages of the package and item to prove the damage in order to file a claim. If the photos can be offered, the item must be returned for inspection on buyer's cost. We will send you a new part for replacement if it's a small part and the damage could be identified by pictures.   Any damaged part found AFTER the courier leaves maybe required to be returned to the service center in S. California for replacement except some small parts. The manufacturer will not the whole bike if the damaged part is replaceable. If the part is required to be returned for exchange, any related shipping cost is on buyer's cost.   The manufacturer's warranty will provide the replacement part only. Any labor or any related cost can not be covered by the warranty.   Please do not return any part without receiving instructions. If an item is to be returned for replacement, you must first receive our instructions or a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.   Assembly:   Most of the major parts of the bicycle such as frame, crank, fork, chain, rear wheel, and derailleur have been preassembled but some adjustments for wheel/rim, brake, derailleur, shifter, and fender may still be required.   For safety reason, the professional assembly is recommended but the labor and any related charges are on buyer's cost.   Weight limitation: 24” and 26” wheel bikes- 220 lbs, 20” wheel bikes-130 lbs.   Tire pressure limitation: beach cruisers, BMX, tandem, & mountain bikes- no more than 40 PSI, Fixie bikes- no more than 90 PSI.   Warranty:   One year warranty against frame failure.   Six month warranty against parts failure.   The manufacturer will replace any parts fails during warranty period. The both way shipping fee and related labor charge will not be covered by the warranty.   Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty or any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.   Known liability insurance arranged by manufacturers.   Items NOT covered by warranty after the sale:   Any scratches or dents on the frame, fork, fenders, or any other parts.   Rips in seat material.   Flat tires/inner tubes with physical damages.   Missing nuts or bolts unless it's reported in 72 hours after the order is delivered.   Labor of adjustment or assembly.   Thread damage of all bolts and nuts.   Any damage to the threads of pedals, cranks, stem, seat, seat post clamp, and wheel axle. Wheel/rim alignment.   Damage caused by improper installation.   Any alteration made or aftermarket part installed on bike by customer.   Wear and tear to bike, tires or components.   Damage as a result of any bike accident.   The manufacturer does not warranty frames, forks or parts damaged from use, misuse, crashing, racing, jumping, stunt riding, improper maintenance, neglect etc.
