Bright orange and white color - it measures approx. 4 3/4" tall by 3 1/8. There are no chips. There is a small surface crack in the plastic on the big pen cup part at the top (it's also slightly melted back together at the lip) and some minor scratches and inside the large pen caddy part there is some light ink staining.
