Item Availability:
If we are unable to supply an item due to an error in our inventory, we will promptly issue a refund to your PayPal account. Our fill rate is 99.5%; good, but not perfect. We work hard to keep our inventory accurate, but with millions of collectible comics in stock and thousands coming in and going out each day, some mistakes are inevitable. Also, please note that in the unlikely event that we send you an incorrect issue, we will refund your purchase price (return may be required at our discretion), but we do not send out replacement copies, so any replacements would need to be purchased as part of a new, separate order. Please do not order from us if you require a guaranteed 100% fill rate, or if these terms are not acceptable.

Grading Errors:
We have forty years experience grading comics and we take pride in our grading (see our grading standards). Our positive eBay Feedback attests to the quality of our grading and service. However, in the weekly grading of thousands of comics, occassional grading errors occur. Interior defects like a missing page or cut-out coupon can be particularly tricky to catch. Should you experience a misgrade, we ask that you contact us and give us the opportunity to correct our error: phone 817-860-7827 Monday-Friday or message us through eBay.

All payment must be made via Paypal:
Your PayPal account lets you pay by credit card or by "eCheck," directly from your bank account. Note that orders paid for by eCheck may be delayed by up to four days while PayPal waits for the funds to clear your bank.

We ship only to the shipping address on file with PayPal when you place your eBay order:
We cannot ship to any addresses other than the shipping address that PayPal provides us when you place your order on eBay. We're sorry, but we cannot make any exceptions.

Combining orders:
Each time you go through eBay checkout you will be charged for shipping, so you're better off placing a single order for everything you want to buy. However, if we receive a new order from you and we have not yet begun processing a previous order, we will automatically combine your new order with the old one and refund you the extra shipping cost. There is no need for you to contact us and request that we combine orders — if possible, we will do it automatically.

However, we process orders daily, so unless your orders come in within an hour or two of each other, there's a good chance that your first order will have already begun processing and we will not be able to combine it with any further orders. The only way to guarantee that you only pay a single shipping charge is to place a single order for everything you want to buy.

Ordering more than 40 items:
eBay's checkout system does not allow orders to be placed for more than 40 items at a time. If you have more than 40 items, each time you go through checkout eBay will bring up the next 40 items that you've bought. We will combine all the items into a single order and refund the extra shipping charges.

Bag/Board Policy:
We bag and board all items priced $10 or higher. To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not bag and board most items priced under $10. In our experience, our "nuke-proof" packaging will get your comics to you safely and securely. In the event an item is damaged during shipping, it may be returned for a refund.

International Orders & Customs:
We do our best to assure swift passage through customs and we describe merchandise so as to mimimize any customs fees imposed by the destination country. However, we also fully comply with US federal export regulations. We cannot declare less than true value, describe the shipment as a gift, or otherwise misrepresent the nature of the transaction and/or items sent.
