Postage goes on weight and volume if you order multiple items I reweigh and give discounts where possible. I use various courier services, 3-5 day economy for most items, next day for valuable or china, glass. Royal Mail is used when cheapest. Prices vary for each parcel and I try really hard to give you the best deal I can.

Postage and shipping is quoted for the basic no insurance no tracking service. If you would like an upgrade to a faster service please ask and we are happy to quote you. Overseas shipping if your country is not listed or if you require another service please do ask for a quote. We do not charge for packing materials. We pack carefully and this does add to the cost of the postage especially on items such as china, because it increases the weight of the package. Our service aim is one working day from payment to posting or shipping. Please do check the postage cost before bidding or ask us to clarify anything you are unsure about.
