Due to the loss of several packages via USPS International First Class mail being untrackable, unless you have bought from me regularly in the past, I will now have to ship all items PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL.  The reason being is that this is a trackable method of shipment which is required via PayPal to prove it was shipped to the customer.  Sorry about any inconvenience.  Also, I will not lie on the customs form, so do not ask me to declare a lesser value or mark as a gift.  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
