Return
Policy:
We accept
returns providing the following criteria is met – We must be informed within 7
days of delivery of the item of your intension to return; Items must be unopened,
undamaged, unused and in the same condition as at the time if dispatch. NO postage costs will be refunded. In the
unlikely case of damaged items, we will exchange for the same item upon return
of the damaged item, however, be assured, we do check each item carefully
before dispatch and only ship PERFECT items.
Items are
dispatched via Recorded Delivery. If any item is returned, due to
non-collection, from Royal Mail a refund will be issued, less a 20% relisting
fee.
Delayed
or Lost Items:
Delivery
time for our items is usually 1-2 days after the date of postage, however we
are not responsible if your item takes longer than that to arrive. We post all
our items as detailed above and if there is any delay, this is due to Royal
Mail and not our dispatch time. If your item has not arrived within 5 working
days, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they are
holding it. In the event of a lost item, we have to wait 15 working days before
we can report this to Royal Mail (this is the policy of Royal Mail). On the 15th
working day we can refund or replace the item to you once you have confirmed at
that time that your item has not been delivered. No refunds or replacements
will be processed before 15 working days have elapsed. At that time we would
immediately submit a report to Royal Mail that your item was not delivered,
they would the investigate the matter and may contact you for
confirmation. Please understand this
policy is in keeping with the requirements of Royal Mail.
