-All domestic orders are FREE, fully insured, and are shipped via USPS Priority & Express Mail.
-If you need your package immediately, we will be happy to upgrade your service, just give us a call and we will provide you with an updated invoice.
International Shipping
-All international shipments are fully insured and are shipped via Fedex International Priority & USPS Priority International Mail.
Same Day Shipping & Insurance
-All orders that are placed before 4 p.m. EST will be shipped the same business day!
-All orders are fully insured during transit, for both parties protection.

Signature Required
-A signature may be required before USPS or Fedex can release the package. Please make sure that someone at your address will be available at the expected time of delivery to accept and sign for the package.
Additional Notes
-Shipments to certain countries may contain duties and taxes. Please contact your local authority for questions related to the amount of duties or taxes you will be responsible for.
-Shipments will have the sending address name of “Q.G.” for security purposes.

Return Policy:
-For any reason if you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, that is not a problem! 14 days from when you received your item, we will provide all of our money back. All you have to do is send your item back to us in its same condition as when it was received.
Please Note:-Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Qualified Gems will not accept the returned item.
Guaranteed One-Year Warranty:
-Qualified Gems offers a full one-year warranty for our products. Our experienced professional bench jewelers and watchmakers will be at your full disposal.
-For watches, the warranty covers the movement and the battery of the watch. No matter how serious the issue of the watch may be, our experienced watchmakers will be able to fix it for you!
-For jewelry, the warranty is covered for 90 days from the date of purchase. Items that have been sized, engraved or modified in any way cannot be repaired or serviced.
