Texas residents will be required to pay TX sales tax at checkout.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 48

 hours, the item may immediately be re-listed. eBay's Trust & Safety department will then be contacted

to begin the non-paid item strike process against the offending account. Please be prepared to pay

within the allotted timeframe.

Prompt shipment will be made within 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday & U.S.

holidays)

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined in the shipping calculator for this auction. All orders are

shipped via USPS.

A combined shipping discount is offered by charging an initial shipping fee (equal to the highest

shipping amount charged) followed by $2 for each additional item.

Full insurance and Signature Confirmation on all items is included in shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS  

Additional shipping costs will apply. Buyer is responsible for any and all Customs, Duties and/or Tariff

fees.

International buyers, please do not ask us to mark as a "Gift" or to understate the value of an item.

We are sorry, but we cannot illegally falsify customs and/or government documents.  Absolutely no

exceptions will be made.

We ship only by International Express 3-5 business day in order to cut down on long transits. We are

not responsible for any delays caused by customs in destination country.

Bidders with 5 feedbacks or less, please email prior to bidding or bid will be at risk of removal.

SavoirLuxe reserves the right to cancel bids on any item due to feedback.

RETURN POLICY

It is important our buyers love each item they purchase through us!  Should you not be

completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returned items for a refund less a 15%

restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

For any items significantly not as described, we will accept returned items for a full refund

including the cost of shipping.  

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, in their original condition and the

SavoirLuxe security tag must be attached with no sign of tampering.

In order to avoid any unnecessary returns, please be certain to read the complete description in

each of our auctions for full disclosure of sizing, condition, flaws, etc.
