We have been in the accessory business since 1999 and because we are selling direct from our factory warehouse, we can offer quality accessories at low internet prices (no middleman or shop outlet costs). This enables us to pass on the savings direct to you the customer. High quality accessories at great prices, coupled with a small friendly staff gives us many repeat customers along and the coveted Platinum Sellers status. Quality

As mentioned, the quality of our products is second to none and we only source products from well established factories many of which are OEM suppliers to manufacturers such as Nissan, Toyota, Honda and VW.

Guarantee.

All goods carry at least 12 month warranty. Faulty / Damaged goods can be returned for full refund or replacement. Other goods being returned through no fault of ours can be refunded less postage costs. We have built a good reputation over the years and pride ourselves in customer satisfaction.

Payment

We can accept payment by Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer and Cheque. When paying by Cheque please allow 7 working days for clearance and further 4 days for delivery. All prices include VAT. A VAT receipt will be sent on customer request.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Generally delivery is done in a few days but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Please also allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. All items are well wrapped and packaged to ensure safe shipment to you.

Worldwide Shipping.

Shipping costs for each item are noted in the listings and cover all parts of the UK and Ireland. If you are in another part of the word please contact us for a quote, we have favourable European and Worldwide rates through our shipping partners DHL and DPD couriors.

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your product, you will need to notify us within 7 working days from the receipt of your order. You will then need to return it to us for a full refund. 
The product has to be in a re-saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched or damaged. 
if you are returning an item, you must ensure that we receive it adequately packaged (similar to the way it was delivered to you), correctly addressed with correct postage.We recommend that you insure the return of the item. 
The customer must pay for return delivery costs, however this will be refunded if reason for return is no fault of customer.
The customer must inform us of any returns within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Please check goods upon receipt and notify us of any problems as soon as possible.
