This outboard hasn't been run in several years, but I hooked a battery to it and tried turning it over, spraying a little starter fluid in the carbs and she wants to run.  Ran briefly but revved on the starter fluid then stalled out.  I believe it just needs a good carb cleaning or rebuild of the carbs.  I believe it also needs the water pump replaced, only because it's been sitting so long.  The paint job is rough. The water intake screens need to be replaced.  There's a good sized nick on the prop, which can  be seen in the picture.  The control box is one I bought from a local boat dealer who repaired it.  This auction is for the motor, control box (with key), control cables.  I have some extra parts that I'll also throw in: the gas tank in the picture which is just about full of premixed fuel; a second, incomplete control box; a pair of stabilizer fins, which I removed for transport but can easily be put back on.
