To qualify for free shipping your order must be shipped to a physical address in the lower 48 states (NO P.O. Boxes).

Snowboards and wakeboards are oversized and go off of dimensional weight, they're not cheap to ship.

Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via UPS 3 Day Air Select is $16.95.
Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via UPS Next Day Air Saver is $39.95.

USA: Everywhere Else

Shipping and handling to APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR, VI, GU and AS is 13.95.
We ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail and are not eligible for free shipping.
Please select the USPS Priority Mail shipping option during checkout. Failure to do so will delay your order as we'll need to capture the needed amount.
Shipments to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, and AS take 2-6 days on average.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can vary greatly (normally 1-2 weeks). We ship within 48hrs via Priority Mail to Costal hubs. Give yourself more time around holidays.

International Shipping and Handling Info

If your country is not shown in the ‘Shipping and payments’ tab drop down menu above we’re unable to ship to you due to agreements made with the manufacturer. Dj’s Boardshop uses eBay’s Global Shipping Program for the majority of our items. However, we can also ship directly to certain select countries.

If your country is located in the drop down menu but you don’t see the eBay Global Shipping Program as an option, please refer to the information below for our international shipping policies.

When an international order ships directly from djsboardshop the information contained below will apply to the purchase.

Customs - Taxes - Duties - Gifts: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Also, we can't mark an item as gift to avoid duties/taxies.

PLEASE NOTE: If an order is refused or returned to sender for bad address entered or refusal to pay customs, taxes, duties we'll refund the price of the item less both shipping charges.

PAYMENT: For international orders we can only accept PayPal payments and we can only ship to the address associated with the PayPal account used to make the purchase.

International Shoe Sizes

International Returns/Exchanges: Due to the high cost of shipping items back and forth the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. All sizing information is in US sizes. We don't guarantee any manufacturer's sizing charts. If an item doesn't fit properly we can't cover any shipping charges on exchanges due to the high shipping. We recommend either selling the item locally or re-listing the product on eBay.

International Manufacturer's warranty claims: Most items sold at djsboardshop come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. In these situations the customer is responsible for sending the product back to djsboardshop. If the warranty is approved we'll issue a refund for the price paid for the item.

We ship most international orders VIA UPS Worldwide Expedited. If you're only ordering a smaller item we may change the shipping method to USPS Priority Mail International. We reserve the right to use either company.

International orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment Mon - Fri.

UPS only delivers to physical addresses, no PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered during checkout you will be contacted via email and this will delay shipment of your order.

Payment Terms

Acceptable forms of payment are Paypal, major credit cards and credit cards through Paypal.
Immediate payment is required.
There is 7.125% sales tax on Minnesota orders.

Customer Service

We take customer service very seriously. Our priority is to offer the best shopping experience possible. If you ever have any questions on any of our gear or policies please send us an email. All emails are replied to in less than 24 hrs. within hours of operation. Customer Service hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8-5pm CST. Weekends vary.

Returns

Exchanges/Returns are allowed and must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact Dj’s Boardshop for instructions. Returns made outside the 30 day window will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, excluding orders made on eBay. Bikes returned that have been assembled will be assessed a 10-20% restocking fee. For orders placed on eBay please see listing for return/exchange information. Christmas presents may be exchanged or returned up to January 30th. Items for exchange/return must be brand new and complete with original packaging and tags. Items that are returned dirty/damaged/soiled, i.e. animal hair, will be charged a restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges associated with the exchange/return. Exchanged items will be shipped for free to a physical address in the continental US. Local Pickup

Because we don't have a retail store, we have a 'No Local Pickup' policy.

Warranty

Most products at Dj's Boardshop have a one year manufacturer's warranty. Please email us via eBay with any issues so we can assist you in the manufacturer's warranty process. We here at Dj's Boardshop have no final say in the outcome of a warranty claim. The decision squarely rests in the manufacturers hands; we're here to help facilitate the process. Please be prepared to email some photos of the damaged item, if possible. This will help us determine if the warranty claim has a good chance of being accepted. Be aware that customers are responsible for shipping warrantied items to us or the manufacturer. Dj's Boardshop will cover the shipping of the product back to you if the manufacturer accepts the warranty claim and a replacement item is available. The warranty process can take up to 30 days from initial contact with the manufacturer. We try our best to handle all warranty issues as expeditiously as possible and some issues can be resolved in less time, but please be prepared for a 30 day turnaround time.

Shipping

We ship Monday-Friday except public holidays. Shipments are usually sent the day after payment is received and cleared (Mon-Fri).

Adding Shipping/Special Instructions

During the checkout process please do not enter any information in the Shipping or Special Instructions box. We are unable to view it or pass it along to the shipping company. If you have special delivery requests please email us. However, if you're purchasiing a snowboard or wakeboard package you can pass your boot/binding size on via PayPal Payment message.
