These are great for hitting into the bushes, ponds etc...These balls have damage to the cover. They are great for practice when you want to hit and forget them. Most balls will have major scuffs, discoloration and/or club marks. Some may even have cuts. Our Grade AA balls are suitable for practice and or hitaways. Balls will come in 1 box of 25 dozen or 300 balls. And you may find some you can use on the course.

When will my order be shipped? Your order will leave our warehouse by UPS ground service in most cases within 24 hours business hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) once Knetgolf receives payment.

When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order 4 to 10 business days after we receive payment. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends. Rural areas please allow for 1 to 2 more business days.

Will I be able to track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you by UPS once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. The email will be from Quantum View. As well tracking # will be available in your eBay account uploaded by Knetgolf.

Are there any hidden charges?
There will be No duties, no tariffs to USA or Canadian addresses.

Will I be charged tax?
There are no taxes if we ship to a USA address. If you have a Canadian address in Ontario you will be charged HST totaling 13% tax and if you are outside Ontario 5% GST only will be added at your checkout.

Is my order covered by insurance?
Yes it is! it is in included in your shipping and handling charge.

Can I pick my order up?

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/AFO?
Unfortunately UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO's and therefore we do not.

IMPORTANT NOTE: UPS Extended Zone Delivery Areas
Knetgolf reserves the right to decline shipping to UPS Extended Zones. If you live in one of these zones, you will be contacted with a PayPal bill to pay extended area delivery costs or you may decline the order for a full refund.

Does Knetgolf ship internationally?
Absolutely! Knetgolf specializes in International Shipments! Our team will select the international carrier that is best for your specific delivery. Brokerage fees are included in the stated delivery rates, however, applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility as the importer of the merchandise.

International shipments will leave our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

Do I Have To Pay Duties/Taxes If I Am Ordering From Outside The United States or Canada?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Knetgolf, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

International packages are shipped as "merchandise with actual purchase prices" to comply with customs guidelines. We ship several hundred orders internationally every week and cannot run the risk of a product audit. We try to get our products to you at the lowest possible price to ease the burden on you.

Are Combined Shipping Rates Available For Multiple Items In The Same Order?
Combined shipping is available for items purchased by the same Buyer ID and from the same Seller ID for a period of seven days after the close of the first auction. If you are purchasing multiple items, please wait until the close of your last auction, or your final Buy It Now selection to complete checkout!!! eBay checkout will automatically combine your items and provide you with a combined shipping rate. Once checkout is completed, no additional items may be added to your order.

Yes! you will receive a tracking number and can follow your orders progress online.

When Will My Order Arrive?
International Air deliveries are 5-12 business days to most destinations. Each order must clear customs before being delivered to its final destination which may result in delivery delays. Please consult your local customs office for additional information.
