CONDITION NOTES: According to my research, this machine was the first game made by the Bally Manufacturing Company around 1933. It was the second coin operated “pinball” machines ever produced and by far the most successful one from the early days of pinball. This rare 1 cent pinball game measures 31” long by 17.5” wide and is 41” tall including the stand. The stand folds and can be easily detached to make this a table top game as well. The game works properly in all regards but only has six of the seven balls. The rear coin access door is missing but this does not affect its function and hardly affects its display. The top trim board is removable which allows you to slide out the glass for cleaning or replacement. The game has what I would call expected wear to the playing surface and less so on the outside, as you can see. I found no broken or missing pieces other than the coin access door in the back. The pictures do this rare antique no justice. It will display very nicely in a prominent area of your collection room!
