Return Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are not satisfied
with a purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of shipment for a refund, exchange or credit.
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging with all tags, parts and accessories.

Refund Process and Timeframe
Netpinky processes all returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned items to our warehouse. The refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Shipping fees are not refundable. The only exception, if you receive a wrong or defective item.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately, within 3 business days. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

How to read the size chart?
The left hand column usually shows the sizes available for ordering, for example, Small, Medium, Large, etc. The other columns to the right show the approximate equivalents based on your measurements.
What if I'm in between sizes?
If the size chart shows you're in between sizes, we recommend going with the larger size.
What does "One Size" or "Plus Size" mean?
These items are usually made with stretchable material and/or come with adjustable straps making them capable of fitting an array of body shapes and sizes. If you are at either end of the size ranges above, particularly at the upper end, then you may want to avoid the "one size" or "plus size" styles.
