Customer satisfaction is very important to me, so if there is an issue with your order please contact me immediately.

 

I will accept items back if unhappy for any reason under the following conditions.

Items must be returned as received if you want to exchange or refund, in new unused condition with all tags attached.

Any footwear with signs of wear on them will not be credited back and will be sent back.

All shoe boxes MUST be sent with outer packaging materials and must not be written on or taped.

Any and all items purchased with free shipping promotion are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
