On dispatch an email is sent direct from Australia Post to the email on your invoice NOT through ebay so please ensure your email is correct otherwise you will not get your tracking information.

A signature is required on all items and there is NO safe dropping at your door or any other area. If your order does not arrive within the dates that ebay gave you upon purchase please first contact your post office with the tracking that was emailed to you as your order may be sitting there awaiting collection. After 7 days if your items are not picked up at from your post office your order will be returned to sender. There is no refunds if this occurs and the buyer is liable for return postage costs to have the order re-sent.
