Terms of Sale
We are committed to the highest standards in authenticity and preparation of the vintage clothes we sell, and do our best to ensure that you won't find any unexpected problems with them.
But these are always one-off items, with non-standard sizing and around 40 to 80 years old, so only rarely will they be in mint condition.
Bearing all that in mind, we want you to be thrilled with anything you buy from us, so if you have any reason to think that it is not right, please drop us a line. We will always accept returns (14 days, and you will need to pay the return postage cost) and can either exchange for an alternative (in which case, we'll cover the cost of shipping the exchange item to you) or give a refund on the cost of the item (the shipping charge will then normally be deducted from the refund you receive).
Sizing
The actual dress measurements are specified in my listing above.
A good way to check sizing is to use the measurements provided to compare against a similar dress of your own which you know fits you well.

Condition
Our ethos is all about true period vintage clothing of the highest quality; we do not sell any retro reproductions and everything is to the best of our knowledge a genuine item of the period described. Every item is laundered or dry cleaned if possible and checked carefully, with skilled repair if needed, so that it is presented to you in the best possible condition.
